Application of shot blasting machine
Shot blasting machines were first used to remove sticky sand and oxide scales in castings and forgings. It mainly uses the high-speed rotating impeller to throw the shot sand out and hit the surface of the parts at high speed to meet the requirements of surface treatment. The speed of shot sand is generally 50~100nds.
With the official promulgation of the new international ballast tank coating specifications, the requirements and standards for ship plate coating are clearly included in the ship class conditions. There are higher requirements for the anti-corrosion performance and service life of the ship plate coating to ensure the safety of the hull structure.
There are stricter and clearer guidelines for the quality control of coating and coating construction for newbuildings. Therefore, the shot blasting machine has to solve some technical problems in handling the strength of the steel plate. This involves technical details such as shot blasting speed and quality. Engineers are involved in a more reasonable shot blasting machine structure. Among them, the roller pass shot blasting machine plays a great role in ships, high-speed rail construction, and chemical machinery. The shot blasting machine belongs to the flat roller table; the running speed is stepless variable frequency speed regulation, and the load per meter is 1000Kg.
Note: The total length of the rollers is 37.5 meters, and the distance between the rollers is 800-1000 mm.
Drive device
The roller table is driven by a flexible angular transmission, and the required speed is obtained by the planetary reducer transmission device, and the cleaned workpiece on the roller table is driven by the driving sprocket through the chain to continuously travel along the track.
The roller table is made of a special high-strength φ152mm seamless steel pipe with a maximum load of 1000KG/M. The conveying roller table is composed of an input roller table, a shot blasting room roller table and an output roller table.
The input and output rollers are all welded with high-quality carbon steel seamless steel pipes and quenched and tempered shaft heads. The shape and installation dimensions are processed after welding to ensure the load-bearing load of 1T/m and the coaxiality.
The roller table in the chamber is made of high chromium molybdenum special iron protective sleeve after processing and heat treatment, which effectively prolongs the service life and reduces the maintenance rate. The bearings at both ends are protected by a labyrinth, which prevents the intrusion of dust and broken projectiles and improves the service life of the bearings.
