Working principle of road shot blasting machine
The road shot blasting machine uses a motor-driven shot blasting wheel to generate centrifugal force and wind force during high-speed rotation. When pellets of a certain particle size flow into the shot tube (the flow of the pellets can be controlled), they are accelerated and brought into the high-speed rotating shot blasting wheel. , under the action of centrifugal force, the projectiles are thrown from the window of the shot splitting wheel into the directional sleeve, and then thrown out through the window of the directional sleeve (controlling the throwing direction of the shot), picked up by the high-speed rotating blade, and along the length of the blade Continuously accelerating the movement until it is thrown, the thrown projectiles form a certain fan-shaped stream, and the impact on the working plane plays a role in cleaning and strengthening. Then the projectiles, dust and impurities pass through the rebound chamber and reach the top of the storage hopper. The high-power dust collector separates the pellets and dust through the separation device above the storage hopper. The pellets enter the storage hopper and continue to be recycled, while the dust enters the dust collector through the connecting pipe. When the dust enters the dust collector, it is separated by the filter element and stays in the ash storage hopper and on the surface of the filter element. The automatic backflush dust collector can automatically clean each filter element at intervals through the backflush air provided by the compressor.
Finally, the inside of the machine is cleaned by the air flow of the matching vacuum cleaner, and the pellets and cleaned impurities are recovered separately so that the pellets can be reused. The shot blasting machine is equipped with a dust collector to achieve dust-free and pollution-free construction, which not only improves efficiency but also protects the environment.
