Safety Operation Regulations for Shot Blasting Machine
1. Strictly follow the specialized training provided by a dedicated person to operate the equipment and become familiar with its performance and characteristics.
2. Familiar with the operating procedures, usage, maintenance, and upkeep of this equipment manual.
3. Before starting up, the operator must check whether all types of switches in the control cabinet (panel) are in the required set positions (including all power switches) before starting up, in order to avoid misoperation, damage to electrical and mechanical equipment, and equipment accidents.
4. Non operators are not allowed to operate or touch the electrical switch control area at will to avoid accidents.
5. Before operating the equipment, non staff members should leave the working area to avoid accidental injury accidents.
6. The operator should pay special attention to the various instrument indications on the panel when starting up. Only when all instrument indications reach normal values can the trolley (roller) be operated into the working program. If significant errors (abnormal) are found in individual instrument readings, immediately shut down. Only after troubleshooting the equipment can it start working normally.
7. During the operation of the equipment, the operator must inspect and check whether there are any abnormal noises or overheating phenomena in various parts of the equipment. When serious equipment malfunctions are found during operation, press the "emergency stop" button to stop the machine for repair, and cooperate with professional personnel to troubleshoot the equipment.
8. The operator must perform daily and weekly maintenance (including lubrication) on this equipment according to "equipment management". Clean the dust and debris in the dust collector in a timely manner every week to avoid affecting the quality of dust removal and ensure the integrity of the equipment.
9. Operators must ensure civilized and safe production while strictly implementing the shift handover system.
10. At the end of the work, immediately cut off the power switch of this machine to prevent it from running.
