1、 Use
The marking line shot blasting machine can be widely used in the removal of urban marking lines and the anti-corrosion pretreatment of the steel surface of the bottom surface of large steel structure plane oil tank; Treatment before construction of concrete base road (bridge) pavement of highway bridges, urban viaducts and special roads (airport runways, etc.).

3、 Working conditions
1. Unevenness of working face < 20mm; No ponding and relatively dry; Slope < 25 °
2. Ambient temperature: - 20 ℃ ~ 60 ℃; The surface temperature of steel plate is more than 3 ℃ above the dew point
3. Humidity:
a. The relative humidity of steel surface during shot blasting shall not be greater than 90%
b. The relative humidity of concrete shot blasting shall not be greater than 95%
4. Altitude: 0 ~ 3000m; Do not operate in rainy and snowy weather
IV Projectile consumption
Cement surface: about 30 / 80g / m2. The cement grade and surface flatness will vary.
Steel plate: according to the label and attachment of the steel plate, but in any case, it is recommended to use 20-25% irregular shot beads. The requirements are different according to the treatment thickness and treatment roughness of the treated surface. Consumption: about 80 / 200 g / m2
