The shot blasting machine used on cement concrete pavement generally has a shot blasting diameter of 1.2mm, an effective cleaning width of up to 600mm, a surface cleaning efficiency of up to 300m/h, and a structural depth ranging from 0.1-1.0mm. The matching vacuum cleaner can clean the surface of cement concrete in one go, which is beneficial for the health of operators and environmental protection. It should be noted that the size of the shot material has little effect on the cleaning effect of the concrete road surface when the concrete shot blasting machine is cleaning. The amount of shot blasting is the main factor affecting the construction effect of the concrete shot blasting machine. Using different shot blasting amounts to treat the road surface will have different effects. In practical engineering, the automatic walking speed of the shot blasting machine can be adjusted, and the size of the shot blasting volume can be combined to meet the requirements of different road structures and effects.
