Four levels of rust removal by shot blasting machine
Sa1 mild spray or ejection rust removal. There is no visible grease or dirt on the surface of the steel, and there are no loose attachments such as oxide skin, rust, and paint coatings.
Thoroughly spray or spray rust removal with Sa2. The surface of the steel should be free of visible grease, dirt, oxide skin, rust and other attachments, which have been basically removed, and the residue should be firmly attached. The surface of the steel is uniformly arranged with shot peening dents, and the anti slip coefficient reaches 0.35-0.45
Sa2.5 thoroughly sprays or throws rust removal. The surface of the steel should be free of visible attachments such as grease, dirt, oxide skin, rust, and paint coatings, and any remaining traces should only be slight color spots in the form of dots or stripes. The surface of the steel is uniformly arranged with shot peening dents, and the anti slip coefficient reaches 0.45-0.5
Sa3 is a spray or projectile rust removal method that makes steel visually clean. The surface of the steel should be free of visible attachments such as grease, dirt, oxide scale, rust, and paint, and should display a uniform metallic luster.
